You authorize our specialists to manage your Google reputation as a daily discipline: templated-but-human public replies, escalation when a review needs a save, and private follow-up sequences (that you approve) to help customers revise or refresh feedback after you’ve actually fixed the issue. This track uses official Google Business Profile access—see the Manager setup below (Review Desk only).
